Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid products sold on saasdb.app, including the Widget Pro embed and Public API keys. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at info@saasdb.app with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 3 business days.

3. Subscriptions

For monthly or annual subscriptions (Widget Pro), you may cancel at any time from your Paddle billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Refunds for the current billing period are only available within the 14-day window above. After that window, no partial-period refunds are issued.

4. API key purchases

API keys are provisioned immediately after purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, the API key is revoked and any remaining call quota is forfeited.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • The 14-day window has passed.
  • The account was suspended for abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A chargeback has already been initiated for the same transaction.

6. How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
