Right to rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten")

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data and your SaaSDB account. We will purge all associated records within 30 days of your request.

Right to restriction

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

Right to data portability

You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, in a machine-readable format (JSON).

Right to object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, particularly for direct marketing or analytics purposes.

Rights related to automated decision-making

SaaSDB does not use automated profiling or decision-making processes that produce legal effects concerning you.
